DREAMERS.ID - Hanteo Music Awards 2023 telah diselenggarakan selama dua hari pada 17 dan 18 Februari lalu di Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP), Seoul, dipandu oleh Changmin TVXQ.
Total ada empat Daesang (Hadiah Utama) yang diberikan tahun ini, di mana NCT DREAM memenangkan Best Artist, IVE memenangkan Best Song untuk I AM, SEVENTEEN memenangkan Best Album untuk FML, dan Stray Kids memenangkan Best Performance.
