BTS memenangkan dua penghargaan, grup tahun 2022 dan tur konser tahun 2022. Selain itu, Jung Kook BTS memenangkan lagu kolaborasi tahun 2022 untuk 'Left and Right' karya Charlie Puth.

Lizzo memenangkan lagu tahun 2022 untuk 'About Damn Time', serta penghargaan kehormatan yang diumumkan sebelumnya, penghargaan People's Champion.
